It is really tricky to come up with a deadline for EB employment. US is set of laws and the law is same for every one it applies. for example:If you not from a retrogressed country you will get your GC even if you start now (before enactment of this bill).
Please know the difference between bill and law. If ever this particular bill becomes law the deadline for any cases filed under previous law will not be rejected, this is as clear as mud, to make the law same for all who applied/pending /approved on the day of enactment!!.:eek:

That is what my law firm told me. Just an FYI.. I did file my I485 in june. Today I called the law firm to check whether they got my Receipt number. That is when I was told this. I wish that is true. Usually they give accurate info. They even told me that July VB will be revised (within 10 days after the release.) So I wish this time also this becomes true so every one can be benifited.

Our cases are with NSC. EB2. PD: Mar -06
i responded to RFE last year. then case processing resumed.
We saw LUD on all 3 cases on Friday. I called up IO at NSC and she told that
LUD was because they applied biometrics to your cases. I told her i did not get 2nd FP
notice ,we did not give any FPs. She said they have our new FPs in the system and applied
the same.
i am not sure what she is talking about???
One possible reason could be, they might have reused our FPs given during EAD renewals few months back. But does it make sense to anyone? did anyone face the same experience?

as per you, your I-140 was never denied.
My I-140 was never denied. In fact the date 09/04/2007 that NSC mentions about the denial is the date that I got approval notice. I have the approval copy from USCIS. I am not sure what the adjudicating officer is looking on his terminal.

I'm telling them my condition, and I know there are lot of people in the same boat. Again you need to talk to the lawyer about GC cost. Employee can bear all the GC related cost.
EAD/AP 360*2 + 305*3(Spouse + son) is almost 2K.
If your facts are different put that in writing and send it to them. Please stop telling me my facts. Also I have no idea why you are on this thread, please ignore this thread if it doesn't apply to you...

In suport of the view they are totally chaotic: RIR here, priority date is in April 2002, 45-day letter was received & replied to in February 2005 (15+ months ago), heard nothing from them since then. Lawyer started process for 7th year extension.

Indian market is expected to go down till 2010 .
If the inflation does not improve, it may continue until 2014.
Next year in india we can expect home credit crisis ( like USA). - more chances with this current economy.
The current prices in Hyd ,Blore, Chennai are artifical booms. - it will come for a correction.
But for sure, if you buy a property you CANNOTexpect that to go up by 500 or 700 % up in a year.
But real estate is always a good investment in life.
And on your question - i think SBI you can get loan from here

All they had to do was to introduce another $2000 fee for every Green Card Re-Captured. Most of us would have been out of this mess and they would have got the money they needed. This Grand posturing is extremely disturbing and i hate the politics behind it.
I wish the Democrats lose big time and lose their hold from Senate and house.
we all seem to think that after our problem is fixed, all the problems in the world will be gone..... if there is hunger problem, our solution ought to be increase in eb quota..... if there is drinking water problem, our solution is recapture.....
my reading is that chinese & indians think too much of themselves.... as if the world would collapse without them..... very narrow thinking..... now u would see a few here blaming indian politicians, some saying outsourcing will increase, some saying US will lose more jobs, world will fall apart...... well that's just too much reality for one day
lets get back to the important subjects of eb3 & eb2, crapy data analysis, shitty predictions & lets find out who is better than everyone else, is eb2 better more deserving that eb3....... or will the world stop spinning if the dates do not progress in the next month visa bulletin....... & those self-importance professing indian press articles..... these r the discussions we should be having.... can we please get back to those more important topics.....

If you read Zoe Lofgren's letter, both secretaries have to answer her questions and it will be a press release as well. We need to make it a public story, but NOT by digging our own hole. Boat 1 is better for me, If I know for sure that Boat 2 will drown me in the ocean. In the heat of the moment, you might not see the consequences of the security lapse rumors.
The established truth so far is
USCIS used all the numbers ahead of time and shut the door on highly skilled immigrants on day one
DOS revised its July 2007 visa bulletin on day one 1, which has not happened in a long time or never.
The wind mill stories are
Some law firms started hallucinating that the security checks were never done. They themselves do not know for sure. If you go and look towards the end of the blog post where it originated, he asks for confirmation instead of telling his resources.

Last year, some one put up the blog of a Taiwanese guy who got labor,140,485 approved in a span of 5-6 months. How can this happen? AFAIK, all the people who got their GC's have PD's like 2003 and 2004. Please do not sling mud, when we do not know for sure, esp when the issues are of paramount importance like security. I will leave things for your discretion.
