On April 26, 2009 (Sunday), I had a LUD on my current H1. This seemed strange to me. Applied for 485/EAD/AP during July fiasco. My priority date is March, 2006 (EB2-India).
Did anyone who is in similar situation as me have a LUD? Please ignore this post if this has been discussed earlier.

While applying for h1B visa stamping, what do I answer for the below question.
(i) Not including current employer, list our last two employers
For the above question, should I mention student assistantship (Research Assistant) that I did while doing MS (on F1 visa) in USA?

I'm creating a car game. i managed to get the car moving and all, but i dunno how to make the car collide with the obstacles when it hits it.
How do i make it such away that if the car overlaps the kind of obstacle i want, dont have to be simple shapes but mostly oddly shaped obstacles, it would stop. that'll be good.

Hi,
I've been in the bay area of California for the past 10 months. I'm a Canadian from Toronto. I've been following this green card mess for the past 10 months and was well aware of it even while I was living back in Canada. I would like to join the Norcal chapter of IV to contribute my thoughts towards resolving this situation.

Any idea who represented skilled workers in the meeting that happened. I don't see Immigration Voice in the list.
Is IV core looking into how they can how they can be part of such meetings in future. If we are not represented, there wont be anything for us even in the comprehensive immigration reform. We employees cant rely on employers to represent us. That why we are where we are today.

Hi,
I'm currently on my amlost 6th year of my H1B. I have my i-140 (Still valid) approved from my previous employer under EB3. I'm applying for a new PERM with my current employer and I would want to apply in EB2. I hold 3ys bachelor's degree with 12 yrs of experience. My attorney says that chances are either my PERM or I-140 will be denied based on my education qualification.
I'm looking for your advice on the following.
1) I heard that I can apply for 3yr extn based on my previous I-140. Considering that is it worth the fight on EB2. I'm looking to port my PD (Nov 2008) to this I140 if approved.
2) My company sponsers two PERM to be applied, so it is worth to try for EB2 and later if denied on EB3. Will this affect my H1B extensions? say if it's get rejected on EB2, am I not eligible to apply for H1B extension with my current employer, since my labor/i-140 is denied.
Please help. I'm just not able to get this over my head :(

Hi all,
My PERM labour certification was filed on 25th oct 2006, my case was selected for random audit on dec 06. My attorney replied with all the evidence for the audit. After reviewing the case CO at dol denied my case on Feb 07.
My attorney has asked my case to be reconsidered/reopen on March 2007 as they are confident that they have supplied all the documents required for the case. My attorney says it will take 6-8 months for DOL reopen the case and judicate the same which is Nov 07. what is best option i have as all the dates are current now? i have discussed with my attorney they have told me clearly they are not going to reapply as its a very big company and it will take lot of time for me to get clearance to file my perm again.
Does anybody having experience like my case can share your views it will be really helpful.
